Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Team and bulk uniform orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates & Carriers We ship via FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Issues If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at Office@elitebaseballandsoftball.com We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available.
